Cancel
If for any reason, you wish to cancel your order; you must notify us within 48 hours of your original purchase on info@blackexcellencegrads.com.
Returns
Once your order is processed, we do not offer refunds and/or exchanges on customised items. You must cancel items ordered within 48 hours, as per the cancellation policy. Refunds will only be offered if customisation differs from your order placed.
If you do need to request a refund on any other item, please email us at info@blackexcellencegrads.com within 14 days with your order number and the reason you're not satisfied. Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging and sent back within 14 days of returns request. You will be refunded 10 working days after we receive your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund
We do not take responsibility for items not received in time for your graduation unless it is outside of the stated timescales.

PURCHASING MULTIPLE ITEMS
Because our products are custom made and created especially for you, production times may vary dependent on the item. Please be aware that when you purchase multiple items, in some cases you will receive items separately at different times. This will not affect shipping cost.
