Production times
Personalised and bespoke stoles
Please allow up to 21 days for production after your digital mockup has been approved.
Plain/non-personalised stoles
These may be dispatched sooner, depending on stock availability.
Digital mockup approval
For personalised and bespoke stoles, we’ll send a digital mockup for approval before production.
Production only begins once your mockup has been approved.
Delays in approving your mockup may delay your order.
Delivery times
Delivery times are in addition to the production timeframe and depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive any available tracking information by email.
Graduation deadlines
If you need your stole by a specific date, please include this when placing your order or contact us before ordering.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to allow enough time for mockup approval, production and delivery.
Bulk orders
Bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the number of stoles, design requirements and approval process.
Please contact us before placing a bulk order so we can confirm timings.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete order details, late mockup approval, courier delays, incorrect delivery addresses or circumstances outside our control.
